Maple City Health Care recognized

GOSHEN — Maple City Health Care Center received national and state recognition for the high-quality of its care – awarded the 2023 Health Center Quality Leader (HCQL) Gold badge from the Federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

This award, the highest quality award given by HRSA, recognizes Maple City for being in the top 10 percent nationally for quality of care. Maple City Health Care Center was also recognized in 2023 by the Indiana Primary Health Care Association for its high-quality care, scoring among the top three clinics in Indiana across 20 quality of care indicators tracked by the association.
